This is a very quick and easy recipe. But comes with great taste and creates a satisfying experience.
To make this recipe, you'll need;

Ingredients:
- 150g whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 cup of water, or 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup sweetcorn
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 4 large tomatoes, finely chopped
- A pinch of salt, to taste
Procedure:
- Fill a saucepan with water bring to the boil then break up the spaghetti as desired into the saucepan. Wait until it starts to boil, give it a timing of about 10 minutes until it is soft stiring occasionally so that it doesn't stick
- Drain the water and you may want to rinse it again preferable with running water to remove some of the starch. Then set aside
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the chopped tomatoes. Add the vegetable stock or water and bring to boil
- Add the spaghetti, thyme, curry powder and salt. Stir very well and cook for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated
- Lastly, add the sweetcorn and stir very well
- Remove from heat and allow to stand for about 2 minutes before serving
You may want to garnish it with tuna, just add a can of tuna before adding the sweetcorn
